We had been looking for a house for a few months, and happened to see a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were in the process of building.  Kevin was kind enough to show us around inside before the house was complete, and we fell in love!  The attention to every single detail was amazing, and we could tell a lot of thought and hard work went into the house.  We have been living here for 3 months now, and haven’t had a single issue.  Kevin was so approachable during our move in process and was willing to answer any of our questions.  Since then, even our neighbors who saw the house being built have commented how hard Kevin and Timber Creek worked, how well the house was built during each step of the process, and how he tried to make sure everything about the house was perfect.  We couldn’t be happier to truly have our dream home and we will definitely be using him in the future when we decide to finish our basement!  Thanks again for everything!!

Our daughter and her husband were moving back to town and looking for a home to buy, so we helped ‘scout’ during the week when she wasn’t able. We had also just recently built ourselves, and were very in tune with quality workmanship and design. After looking as a dozen or more homes for our daughter, we found a brand-new construction by Kevin and were automatically SOLD!! EVERYthing about this house was SO PERFECT. Proprietor Kevin Dolab is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of the construction process. He has always provided me with a clear estimate and an accurate timeline for projects. I’ve been in my newly constructed house in West Asheville now for barely a month but it’s already more than “a house”; it’s my home.  Having never been involved in building a new house, I was apprehensive about the project.  I heard nightmare stories about new construction – delays, stress, poor work, etcetera.  But I experienced none of that.  Kevin Dolab, owner of Timber Creek Construction, made this project a pleasure.  Kevin’s appreciation for quality, peppered with a little bit of perfectionism,  helped me make good decisions along the way.  He never insisted on his choices, but he stayed involved and offered opinions and guidance.  Things moved along at a good pace and the workmanship that went into my house was top-notch.  My neighbors have watched this house go up, as well as my friends on social media, and everyone who sees it has been impressed.  I don’t plan on building any more houses, but if I did, Timber Creek would be the only contractor I would consider calling.
